House is currently divided into 3 apartments- 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs.
Dining room with broken window glass- glass shards are outside, so maybe it broke from inside out, instead of someone trying to break in?!
Upsairs bathroom leaks through to downstairs.
Upstairs area- will be a bedroom some day.
